At the heart of my work, is the practice of devotion to the body and its profound intelligence, to the living world and the ancient teachings that are alive and breathing everywhere around us, and to the incredibly transformative thresholds that shape our everyday.
I am a Naturopathic Doctor, a home-birth Midwife, and a doula, as well as an artist, ceremonialist, and facilitator; I find that my work most often oscillates between these two medical and artistic worlds, thus, illuminating the interconnectedness of the two of them.
I trained at a 4-year accredited Naturopathic University, The National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon, which gave me the gift of recognizing what a basis for “health” may look like at its most core essence through a scientific lens. Alongside my professional medical training, I also completed a Certificate in Natural Childbirth, several apprenticeships in home-birth Midwifery and Gynecology, and trainings in Integrative Pelvic Floor Therapy with a focus in the care of Women through fertility, pregnancy, birth and the tender unfolding of the postpartum period. Prior to attending Naturopathic Medical School, I also completed several immersive trainings in Surdarshan Kriya, Pranayama, Ayurveda, and became a RYT in Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, and my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.
The HEART of my work is most notably around bringing Women together in Women’s gatherings, Ceremonies, Artist Residencies, and my upcoming, ‘Art of Vitality’ group apprenticeship, which will be a vibrant tapestry of exploring the vast dimensions of what it means to TRULY be and feel alive.
Presently, my offerings include 1:1 Naturopathic Consultations, intimate 6-week Naturopathic Mentorship, and my Group Apprenticeship, each woven with their own tapestry of modalities that nurture a deeper relationship to yourself and the world around you through the language of the body, the wisdom of plants, as well as the rhythmic cadence in the seasons, stars, planets and people unfolding at any given second,
When not expanding my own knowledge in alternative healing modalities, medical astrology, and our cosmological relationship with the world, I am planning Artist Residencies with my best friend, outside spending time in nature and collecting plants, flowers and seeds, or sitting down at my wheel making something out of clay. You may find some of my work in my ‘Ceramics’ shop.
